Finally, A Gym Membership to Build Stronger, More Confident Kids

The Youth Membership provides structured strength and conditioning programs designed specifically for growing bodies.

Each participant completes a Gym Consultation with an Exercise Physiologist or Physio before being placed into the appropriate program level based on their age, movement quality, strength and training experience. As they improve, they’ll continue progressing through each level under the guidance of our Health Practitioners.

WHY OUR ADJUST youth MEMBERSHIP?

WHY adjust YOUTH?

Kids are playing organised sport earlier, training more often and competing at higher levels than ever before. Yet many never learn the strength, movement skills and lifting techniques that help improve performance and reduce injury risk.

Suitable for ages 8 and up, the Youth Membership provides a safe introduction to strength training through structured programs designed specifically for growing bodies. Every participant progresses at their own pace under the guidance of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists, building strength, confidence and lifelong movement skills.

A Gym The Whole Family Can Enjoy

Most gyms aren’t designed with families in mind. Children are often too young to join, or parents and kids end up training at different facilities.

At Adjust, families can train together under one roof:
