Our physios treat a wide range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgery rehab, tendon injuries, headaches, joint pain, workplace injuries, women’s health concerns, and chronic pain conditions.

Your first appointment is an extended consultation so please up to an hour for this appointment. This depends on your injury and treatment goals. Research suggests that most conditions require a miniumum of 4-6 sessions to make a sustainable change. Many clients see improvement in symptoms within 2-4 sessions. Chronic or complex conditions may take longer. We encourage all our clients to ask as many questions as you like, our practitioners will always work with you to come up with the best approach that suits you.

Remedial massage focuses on treating muscle tightness, injuries, and pain, using techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. Relaxation massage is gentler and aims to reduce stress and tension.
